PRE-OWNED CLOTHING
Most of our products are pre-owned vintage. It is in the nature of vintage that flaws such as fading, holes, marks, unravelling, discoloration etc. may occur. We try our best to describe every individual product so please check all product photos and read our description before making a purchase to avoid any confusion.


PAYMENT
Prices on the website are processed in DKK or chosen currency from the bottom menu.

All orders are processed by either Shopify Payments, MobilePay or PayPal depending on your choice. Products on the website are sold after the taxing rules in Denmark (Brugtmomsordningen).


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DENMARK: 
We offer 14 days of return in Denmark. Buyer pays for all shipping costs and is responsible to deliver the item in the same condition as received.

REST OF THE WORLD:
As all of our products are pre-owned vintage, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the we have made an error describing the condition or measurements. We recommend double checking all the details in the listing before making a purchase to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your expectations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
